How do I know my order was successful? Once your payment is processed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt and order number. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at your support email within 24 hours. Once an order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We stand behind the quality of our powerbanks, tech accessories, and merchandise. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the defect and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund right away.
